We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements and gifts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or pickup so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund to the original payment methodreplacement of the item, or in-store credit via gift card.
We may request photos as proof of your claim to help us assess the issue. All refund decisions are made at our discretion to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

Exchanges

In certain cases, we may ask that the original item be returned for an exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive an in-store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (if requested), a gift card will be issued to you.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been used, altered, or not properly cared for may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review your situation and offer the best resolution.
