I don't know if I can email you here or not. I just want to thank you so very much for quickly responding to my order in a very friendly, professional manner this morning! I had called another place in Springfield before you and was treated so badly I hung up on them! (not my usual behavior!) It was so nice to get a friendly, helpful voice on the other end when I called Linda's. The gentleman went out of his way to be sure my little 3-year-old-today grandson had balloons delivered to him quickly. He's had to make a trip with his mommy and daddy to Springfield for a family emergency and his birthday party had to be postponed. You've helped me feel better about getting some form of celebration and happiness into his little heart today. I'm sure he is thrilled!!! Thanks so much again.
